Every year, Bordeaux Agro Sciences conducts evaluations of wine estates with students.

The viticulture and oenology team has developed extensive expertise in this area with positive feedback and excellent participation of the local wine industry. Some of the companies who participated in these evaluations in previous years are:

Technical Evaluation - Vineyard & Winery


  • Processing statistical data (including data from sensory analysis).
  • Design of a technical evaluation plan.
  • Organize sensory analyses for the product positioning.
  • Describe and evaluate the production unit (human and technical resources).
  • Responding to particular problems in the production chain.


  • Carry out a technical evaluation of a wine company.
