Ten years after and more than 80 containers of Bordeaux wines shipped to Peru, Daniel was contacted by a Spanish Consortium of prestigious wineries, representing 12 different appellations, to develop the United Stated & Latin America fast growing markets. In 2007, he opened a subsidiary of the Consortium in partnership with one of the largest wine importers of the country. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, he travelled all over the country supporting 35 local distributors and more than 300 sales representatives. In 2010, after his second child was born, Daniel decided to come back to its wine roots, Bordeaux, to join an executive program on Winemaking and Viticulture at the Lycee Agricole de Blanquefort (BTSA) and immediately after he was appointed by a prestigious Bordeaux wine negociant, CGM VINS, to manage its Export Department of 6 sales managers for 3 busy years. During this timeDaniel and his team shipped hundreds of container to over 32 countries including China, Eastern Europe and emerging countries such as Brazil, India and central Africa.

Nowadays, Daniel works as an independent consultant and educator, teaching at several prestigious private and government Wine Business Schools.
