Rose-Marie Llaubères holds a Ph.D. in Oenology from the University of Bordeaux (France). Her experience as a researcher covers the field of polysaccharides and the use of enzymes in the wine industry. As technical expert consultant she works in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and California. She is currently owner of RCL-BIOPROCESS dedicated to various commercial projects in oenology and supporting winery production processes optimization. She is a reviewer for scientific Journals, write technical articles and gives courses at Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin (ISVV) and Bordeaux Sciences Agro as guest lecturer.
