Xavier CHONÉ is a graduate of the ENITA (now Bordeaux Sciences Agro) and the Bordeaux Faculty of enologie. He has an enologie diploma and a PhD in enology and ampelogy from the University of Bordeaux II.Xavier Choné is also a consultant since 2000. He has a passion for soils diversity and wine typicality.He is the manager of the company “Terroirs Wines and Vineyard” which was created in 2014.
