GARBAY Sandrine

Oenologist at Le Château d’Yquem

Sandrine GARBAY holds an oenologist graduate degree (Diplôme National d’œnologue) from the Institute of Oenology of Bordeaux and a Ph.D. in Biological and Medical Sciences option Oenology from the University of Bordeaux (France). Just after the university, she joined in 1994 the executive team of Château d’Yquem and became the cellar master in 1998. Since 2003, she has been teaching the winemaking of sweet wines for the DUAD at the Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin of Bordeaux and for the Master in Vineyard and Wine at the school SUPAGRO Montpellier »
