Isabelle Masneuf is research representative at Bordeaux Sciences Agro. Before that, she has been in charge of research in biotechnology at Laffort Œnology Compagny, Bordeaux, France, during 6 years. She conducted research focused on the microbial community from grape to wine, wine yeast (Saccharomyces, non-Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces).
She get her PHD of « Ampélologie –Œnologie » at Bordeaux University and Oenologist, Faculty of Enology, Bordeaux University.
