Wine Vinification3 June 2016
First year Master of Business and Science Vineyard & Winery Management students and students in continuing education had a week-long focus on vinification techniques. They had the occasion to discover first-hand the method of producing different types of wines, including sparkling wine.
The key point in this course is also the exchange and the networks between students from 2 differents formations. They could share knowledges learned and competences in the professional life.
